Fitness Pilates
Age 18+
Fitness Pilates is a class which aims to give you a full body workout with a focus on improving core strength, flexibility, coordination, range of movement, balance and posture. Our 45 minutes classes are designed to make sure each muscle group is worked and developed having an emphasis on a different muscle group each week. Clients range from beginners to advanced and all classes are mixed ability, this is achieved by offering various levels within the class and adapting any exercises to meet individual needs. A great class to get you back into exercise and to complement those who cardio train, weight train or run.
Tuesday - 9.15 - 10.00am & 8.00 - 8.45pm
Wednesday -7.30 - 8.15pm
Thursday - 8.00 to 8.45pm
Friday - 9.15 - 10.00am

Gentle Pilates
Age 60+
Our gentle Pilates class is designed for those 65+ years. This class offers the same great benefits as our fitness Pilates class but at a slow pace. We work hard to meet any requirements our clients may have due to injuries or health conditions. Our group is a friendly and welcoming.
Thursday - 9.30 to 10.15am

Adult Barre Class
Age 18+
Adult barre is a fusion of ballet technique, aerobic exercise and Pilates. This class will tone those legs like no other class can! Mixing an aerobic warm-up to burn those calories with strengthening and flexibility exercises to tone and sculpt muscles. This is the perfect class for people looking to have fun, learn new skills and tone up.
Thursday - 7.00 to 7.45pm

I signed up because I thought it would be fun to try something new and I’d tried doing a barre class online and found there was nothing quite like it for toning up and busting the cellulite!
Kirsty’s classes are hard work, but such good fun. We literally laugh our way through it every week and you’ll see results within weeks! Hard work, no pain no gain, but it really boosts your mood. It’s by far my favourite workout of my week!”
